Enquiries to CLC
The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, subject and message. Your enquiry is saved to the Creative Learning Center administrator inbox so the team can review and respond to it. Only send information relevant to your enquiry.
Your learning account
CLC Smart Learning uses the same learner accounts, packages, payments and support system in the app and on this website. Account information, learning progress and private support conversations are available through the signed-in learning area.
Package access depends on a current, verified learning subscription. The clearly labelled demo uses sample content and example prices and does not create a real payment or subscription.
Payments
Payment methods and official receiving details appear in your learning account when a package is selected. A manual mobile money notice includes the sender details and transaction reference needed for administrator verification. Pesapal checkout opens separately when it is configured.
Keep your passwords, mobile money PINs and one-time codes private. These are not requested in website enquiries or support messages.
Cookies and local storage
The contact page uses an essential session cookie to protect form submissions and display confirmation. The learning area uses device storage for session information, preferences and eligible saved notes. Signing out clears private cached account content from the app.
Moodle and external services
The Moodle learning portal has its own sign-in. Links to WhatsApp, maps and Pesapal open their respective services, which have their own information-handling practices.

About our imagery
The public website uses photographs by Desola Lanre-Ologun, sourced from Unsplash: source photograph one and source photograph two. These photographs illustrate learning environments and do not identify CLC students or facilities, or imply an endorsement. Any app previews use sample accounts and progress.
